Sandra Lardi

GARDNER—Sandra Lynn Lardi, 80, of Gardner, passed away on Tuesday, April 16, 2024, at her home surrounded by her loving family.
Born on July 25, 1943, she was the daughter of the late James and Kathryn (nee Savage) Horrie. Sandra grew up in Gardner and graduated from Gardner-South Wilmington High School in 1961. On July 7, 1965, on their way home from Arizona, Sandra married David Lardi Jr. in Albuquerque, NM. Together, they made their home and raised their family in Gardner. Sandra had been a contributing member to the Church of Hope in Gardner. She was very gifted with her baking and cooking skills, and loved sharing her creations with those that she loved, from friends and family, to community members in times of need. Sandra was a loving wife, grandmother, aunt, sister, friend, and mother, especially for the light of her life, daughter, Shawna Lardi. She was also known for always having an open door policy for family, friends, and even friends of her children, as anyone was welcome in her home. Sandra will be dearly missed and remembered by all the people she took so much pride in loving.
