Thomas A. Korilko

JOLIET—Thomas A. Korilko, 57, of Joliet, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 21, 2018.
Tom was born in Stuttgart, Germany on Sept. 10, 1960 where his father was stationed with the United States Army. Tom dedicated over 30 years of his life as an electrician for IBEW Local 176 retiring in 2016. He was also a postman. He was an avid golfer, fishermen and enjoyed skiing. Tom will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by his daughters, Elizabeth Fourez and Kristina (Andrew) Dewig; grandchildren: Alec Fourez, Wyatt Fourez and Alexis Dewig; mother, Lillian Korilko; brother, James (Gail) Korilko; nephew, Christopher (Angela) Della Rocco; niece, Nicole (Joseph) Pollock and numerous great-nieces and nephews.
Tom was preceded in death by his father, Louis Korilko Jr.
A celebration of life will begin on Tuesday, March 6, 2018 with a memorial visitation from 4 to 8 p.m. at Tezak Funeral Home, 1211 Plainfield Rd., Joliet.
Per Thomas’ wishes cremation rites have been accorded.
