Police seek help identifying flasher

THE WILMINGTON POLICE Department is asking the publics help to identify the man who exposed himself to teen age girls twice over the weekend. He was driving a blue-gray compact four-door sedan.

The Wilmington Police Department is asking the community's assistance in identifying a man who exposed himself to teen-aged girls over the weekend; to a 19-year-old girl on Saturday night and to 15- and 17-year-old girls who were volunteering at a fund-raiser car wash on Sunday.

The vehicle is described as a bluish-gray compact four-door sedan with Illinois license plates and duct tape on the left front bumper. 

The offender is described as a male white in his 50s, balding with a medium build but a large belly. On Sunday afternoon, the man had a white poodle in the car with him.
