Medicare informational seminar

The city of Braidwood will host a Medicare information seminar on Wednesday, Oct. 11.
Two sessions have been scheduled for that day in order to help seniors work through the Medicare maze.
Medicare open enrollment is Oct. 15 through Dec. 7. Colette J. Rinehart, a senior care benefits consultant, will present an educational seminar to help explain the basics of open enrollment and what options that includes.
The sessions will be held at City Hall, 141 W. Main in Braidwood, at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. Sessions are expected to last about one hour.
The seminar is open to residents of Braidwood, Wilmington, Coal City and surrounding areas.
